Mission Statement
As the premier wellness training facility in SW Austin, the purpose of the Hill Country Fitness Health & Wellness Blog is to send our message beyond the physical borders of Austin and establish an online community meeting place. Our goal is to help facilitate healthy interaction amongst our members for self-renewal and reflection. Because we support a variety of yoga and Pilates classes, personal training, kids classes, nutrition, and several restorative therapies (massage, meditation, energy healing, etc), our diverse staff provides commentary on “real world” issues to support our members on the journey to total wellness. Our belief is that everyone can expand their approach to better health and achieve their highest potential.
